Menu Monday (4/21)

Those are freezer meals!  A group of us get together each month to exchange meals and its so fun.  :)   We all come with our meals already made and frozen and then we snack and chat and then at the end of the evening we exchange meals so we all end up with 6-8 different meals that are handy to serve up to our families that month. 

  • Monday-pulled pork sandwiches
  • Tuesday-Jennifers meatloaf and corn pudding (freezer meal)
  • Wednesday-roast in crockpot
  • Thursday-homemade chicken noodle soup
  • Friday-homemade pizza
  • Saturday-nachos/stay at home  movie night
  • Sunday-leftovers of whatever kind or popcorn for dinner :)

    I’m happy to find that I am not the only one that gives her kids popcorn for dinner!! LOL Of course I also give them cheese and apples ;-)
