Oh Deer!

Our visitors.

We have lived here for almost three years now and I STILL can’t get over these visitors that come by almost daily!  Today we had an especially large crowd in the back yard.  They make themselves right at home here, lounging under the trees, munching on my flowers.  All that.  I did get a little grumpy the time they came and totally cleaned out the planters that are right up on my porch by the front door, but mostly, we just love having them, so no biggie.  And I am better at choosing plants now although I have noticed that when they are hungry enough, they even eat the stuff the aren’t supposed to like.

    My husband, the hunter, would just DIE! He really would. I on the other hand, can’t imagine harming them, they are so beautiful.

    OH gosh I miss those!! I’d much rather those than rattlers and scorpions!!
