Pioneer Womans fantastic onion strings!  YUM-O.  You may never have to eat out again with recipes like these from PW.  :)   We enjoyed ours with french dips but next time will have them with pulled pork sandwiches. 

By the way, this does mean we haven’t stuck to my menu plan at all this week but it also means I am doing lots of cooking.   So here is what we seem to be really having this week.  :)

  • Monday-Chicken sandwiches
  • Tuesday-French dips and PW onion straws
  • Wednesday-beef stroganoff
  • Thursday-potato soup
  • Friday-Homemade pizza
  • Saturday-meatloaf and mashers
  • Sunday-chicken tortilla casserole

    Those look sooo good! I love onion rings. I think all of PW’s recipes look so good but I haven’t made any yet. Have you made any others?
