Oh Hail!
Ugh, we got hit hard last week! Worst I have ever seen.
Rick and I were out to dinner last Wednesday and ended up coming home at about 8:30 in a huge storm! By the time it was over, I guess we got many inches (8?) of hail. It was huge and loud and ugh. Totally wiped out my plants which were extra lovely this year and had filled in so nicely. Also took some paint off our house and some of our trim and decks look like they have been chewed up. Oh and it also chewed up our phone lines. Actually, phones aren’t up yet and I haven’t minded the peace and quiet of that!
I had just been admiring how pretty this area was and now it is just wiped out. :(
I wish I had before pix of this.
Next day.
Ahh well. I hear some of it should come back in a month. The rest I will replace and start again, of course.
