Bamboo Sprouts

We are a little late on this, but the peeps have been taking swim lessons and a couple weeks ago, Sophie was the first to swim without assistance so I tossed the idea of a hotel date with MaMa out there as a reward, somewhat in hopes of motivating the others to participate a little more in swim lessons.  Well, not sure if that plan worked, but the hotel date worked out great.    Sunday night Sophie and I packed up and headed out for our mini vacation.

We got all checked in…

Enjoyed a lovely dinner…

Spent HOURS in the pool, where she practiced swimming side to side on her own after I convinced her to give up the noodle…

Then we returned to our room for some spa time.

It was lovely and she just beamed the whole time.
