Lincoln Logs

Sophie wears lincoln logs!!  LOL 

I bought Sophie some clogs this week and tonight she asked if she could wear her “lincoln logs”.  ROTFLOL  How do they get things SO wrong?  I like it so much that I just can’t correct them though.  Not yet.  They will realize it soon enough but I love the cuteness while it lasts!  :)

    Reminds me of Kiara & her “bathing soup” & “ginger” (refers to the jersey she wears at school)…just cannot correct those either!

    I had to correct Piper recently when she was singing a song it went “confide my love to the moon & sky” Piper was singing “CONFINE my MUM to the moon & sky”

    kids will always make it MAKE sense!

    true, they do look like lincoln logs!

    You know, that’s how they do slang in cockney – like
    “stairs” would be “apples and pears”, etc. You just find something that rhymes but has nothing to do with the actual word. It’s kinda awesome…and cryptic, which is the point, I think.
